Late yesterday I finally heard back from the boys & girls playing doctor on my car… Aparently the alternator has bit the dust & similarly the battery will be converted to a greasy paper weight. Sigh.
Thankfully I opted for the extended warranty when I bought my little baby 
woo! So… the alternator, the tow, the test & diag stuff are all covered. I’m just out the cost of the battery & the $50 deductible. I think I got a good deal. 
Now I just need to survive the weekend without it… Is it Monday yet?
